1. How do pay periods work?
Zactly Pay Periods are bi-monthly with pay dates on the 15th and last day of the month. Pay periods run from the 1st to the 15th and the 15th to the end of the month. The first period is paid at the end of the month and the second pay period is paid on the 15th of the following month.
2. How do I pick up a shift with Zactly?
Zactly Leadership receives shift requests from our clients. We will then immediately post them in Slack for our Team Members to pick up on a first come first serve basis. We do not text or call Talent to pick up shifts!
3. How is Zactly different from other jobs?
There are so many ways, but most importantly Zactly expects the very best from our Talent. You are given the freedom to work and grow how you want and get paid what you are worth. Zactly is different because our Talent is different and that means YOU.
4. Can I grow or advance at Zactly?
Of course! Zactly expects Talent to propose solutions and ideas for growth. If you want to grow within Zactly you only need to have a clear plan, present it to a leader(s), and meet the goals of that plan to implement your own opportunity for growth.
5. Can I work overtime?
As a good business partner Zactly does not usually pass overtime costs to clients. Usually staff are limited to 40 hours per week, with some exceptions in emergency situations. We are mindful of your physical and mental health as well as your performance and these are things that can be affected by frequent overtime.
6. Am I guaranteed to work 40 hours?
No, but our most flexible Talent Team Members are usually able to maintain a schedule of 36-40 hours per week. By flexible we mean Team Members that are open to commuting, variable shifts, and weekend hours.
7. Does Zactly offer benefits?
At this time, in line with industry standards, Zactly does not offer benefits. However we are looking to extend benefits to our most loyal and dedicated employees soon.
8. Will I have a set schedule with Zactly?
Generally no, your schedule is completely up to you. For Team Members who prefer consistency we encourage them to sign up for block books when they are needed by clients.
9. How do I clock in and clock out?
Like everything else in today's day and age, with your phone! Your payroll account can be accessed with the WorkForce Ready App. Instructions on how to login into your account can be found within Slack Channels.
10. Does Zactly offer mileage?
No, except in the most urgent scenarios. Our rate of pay is high and we expect Talent to factor their rate of pay in when accepting shifts.
